My Story

After moving to Seattle in 2017 from Philadelphia, I stepped into a formative chapter of my career with Athleta, where I spent four years leading high-volume teams in a fast-paced retail environment. From hiring and developing leaders to driving performance and cultivating an inclusive, community-centered culture, I learned how to balance results with heart. Retail sharpened my instincts. I learned to make quick decisions, coach in real time, and adapt when plans changed overnight.

Leading through the uncertainty of 2020 strengthened that foundation even more. Constant operational pivots, evolving safety protocols, and supporting team morale required resilience, steady communication, and a calm presence. That experience solidified my ability to lead through ambiguity while keeping people aligned and motivated.

In 2021, I pivoted into strategic Account Management and Client Success, bringing that same people-first leadership into a new arena. I discovered how much I loved building trusted partnerships, guiding organizations through growth, and translating complex challenges into clear next steps. Today, I thrive where relationship-building meets strategy, helping teams move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
